TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• In the event that Volar Pilates has to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment, you will receive a full refund.
• If final payment is not received by the due date, your credit card will be automatically charged unless you have made prior arrangements with the certifications department.
• If you are paying by check, your check must be received 2 weeks prior to the start date of the course unless prior arrangements have been made or a $50 late fee will be implemented.
• Volar Pilates reserves the right to refuse any applicant. It is suggested to register early.
• Within 2-4 weeks out from course start date, Volar Pilates retains the right to reschedule or cancel a course if there is not enough interest.
• If paying by check, a $20 NSF fee will be applied in the even that the check bounces.
• If you pay by credit card and the card cannot be processed there will be a $10 fee added to your final payment.
• No cash refunds or credit card refunds once payment is received. Prices are subject to change without notice.

CANCELATION POLICY

• All sessions are by appointment only.
• Payment is expected at the beginning of each class series.
• Volar Pilates accepts cash, check, Master Card, Visa and debit cards.
• Private, Duet, Semi-Private and Group class cancellation must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment date and time. For example: if you need to cancel your scheduled Thursday 10:00 am Class, you need to call Volar Pilates the Wednesday before 10:00 am.
• If you are unable to reschedule your class with the same Instructor on the same day, you also need to call Volar Pilates, by not calling you will be charged the full price of the session.
• Volar Pilates cannot guarantee the same instructor if you are re-scheduling your appointment.
• Packages of 10 or less, expire 3 months after the date of purchase.
• Packages of 20 or more, expire 6 months after the date of purchase.
• Monthly packages will expire monthly.
